OPEN DOOR ADULT LEARNING CENTRE
Has achieved charitable status (1124168), a recognition of the worthiness
of its work. It aims to promote ease of access and an opportunity to learning for the
local community and neighbouring districts in the Yorkshire area, at times to suit everyone. We work with two other "subcontractors" (Manor Training and Resource Centre in Sheffield and Swarthmore Education Centre in Leeds) in delivering our Skills Funding Agency contract. Existing sub-contractors can expect a SCM fee of less than 20% of overall contract for services delivery. However should sub-contract performance, in terms of retention and success rates, fall below an acceptable level then the organisation reserves the right not to contract with that poor performing provider.
Typically a supply chain management fee of 7% for good whole year success rate in excess of 88%, and typically a supply chain management fee of 20% for poor performance of less than 78% whole year success rate.
In 2015 we set an acceptable level of retention and success rates at 78%.
New sub-contractors, after successful due diligence, will commence a SCM fee of 20% of overall contract value, but this will be set on a decreasing sliding scale based upon performance and quality of delivery. This policy, along with all of our policies, is available for download here.
